Have a question?
Planning an event comes with a lot of moving parts. We’ve gathered some of the questions we hear most often below.
How do I check availability?
Our online calendar is the easiest place to get a look at current availability. If you see a date that works—or have a few possibilities in mind—send us an inquiry and tell us a little about your event.
How do I book an event?
Start by submitting our contact form.
Tell us your preferred date, event type, approximate guest count, and anything else we should know. From there, our team can help you determine the right space and next steps.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required in order to officially reserve and hold your date on our calendar. Dates are not held without a deposit. Deposit costs vary based on date, time and space booked. Please reach out to us for the most accurate pricing.
Please note: Security deposits are charged separately from rental fees and are fully refundable following your event, provided the venue is cleaned according to our post-event guidelines and no damages have occurred.
How far in advance should I book?
Availability varies by season, event type, and day of the week. Weddings and popular weekend dates generally benefit from booking farther in advance, while smaller gatherings may have more short-term availability. We accept bookings within the following timelines:
- General Celebrations and Corporate Events can be booked 6 months in advance
- Holiday dates can be booked 12 months in advance
- There is no limit in which weddings can be booked
If you have a date in mind, it never hurts to ask.
Can I tour the venue?
Yes. Tours of The Norton for General Events, Celebrations and Corporate Events are available by appointment, typically during our once a month open houses, so we can make sure someone from our team is ready to show you around and answer your questions.
We are not yet ready to show The Roosevelt in person. For couples interested in touring The Roosevelt, please reach out to us for more information.
How do I contact The Point?
The best way to reach us is through our online contact form.
Because we’re a small team, we’re not always able to answer phone calls in real time. The contact form helps us get the details we need and makes sure your inquiry gets to the right place.
Still have a question? Tell us what you're planning.
Every event is a little different, and sometimes the easiest way to get an answer is simply to ask. Send us a few details and our team will point you in the right direction.
